In the middle of Copenhagen the Danish bakers, confectioners and their suppliers are meeting

RIGHT HERE THEY ARE CREATING THE FUTURE OF THE INDUSTRY

On the 22nd and 23rd of May 2016, Copenhagen is hosting the best the industry can offer of machinery and raw materials.

The exhibition takes place in “Øksnehallen” right in the middle of Copenhagens Meatpacking district; close to Tivoli, City Hall and the Central Station.
Here, 2,100 square meters be filled with exhibitors who will offer inspiration and innovation. At the same time, there is ample opportunity to meet colleagues from the Nordic countries and exchange experiences and ideas. Maybe even share them on one of the many restaurants, cafes and bars located in the immediate vicinity of the fair.

The fair is organized by the association of Master Bakers and Confectioners in Denmark (BKD) and the two supplier associations for the Danish bakers and pastry industry, LBI and UNIMA. It guarantees a fair with a high professional level.

MORE THAN JUAT A FAIR

Scandinavian Bakery Fair is not all business and development.
It is also an opportunity to meet colleagues from the Nordic countries in a relaxed atmosphere and thus create bonds across countries.

To create the perfect setting for a festive evening in the Danish capital, the organizers have booked Wallman few minutes walk from the fair. There, on May the 22nd in the evening, the fair will be the host of a glorious show, dinner and subsequent nightclub with the opportunity to dance.
