On the 22nd and 23rd of May 2016 Copenhagen is the center of what the best the baking and pastry industry can offer of machinery, ideas and raw materials.

The fair is for you! The professional who works in the bakery and confectionery industry and want to improve your skills and get new ideas – and it doesn’t matter whether you’re an owner or employee. If you are in training this is also where you have the opportunity to get close to the people who form the backbone of the Danish bakers and pastry industry.

It is the third time the fair is held and there is always sold out in “Øksnehallen”. You will find the latest trends, the newest machines, shop fittings and much more. Here you can see the total list of exhibitors.

MORE THAN JUAT A FAIR
Scandinavian Bakery Fair is not all business and development.
It is also an opportunity to meet colleagues from the Nordic countries in a relaxed atmosphere and thus create bonds across countries.
To create the perfect setting for a festive evening in the Danish capital, the organizers have booked Wallman few minutes walk from the fair. There, on May the 22nd in the evening, the fair will be the host of a glorious show, dinner and subsequent nightclub with the opportunity to dance.
